Spring is here. And while we might not be spending too much time outside right now, we’re still dreaming about doing so. Warm weather-ready pieces are on the mind — which means silk shirts and pants, heelless footwear, and handy accessories for zipping around the city with, are all on the agenda.
New SS20 goods have been dropping across the internet recently, and it can be hard to keep tabs on what’s available. Which is why we teamed up with MATCHESFASHION to bring you the latest in luxury fashion, in one monthly, digestible place. This month’s highlights include pieces from Maison Margiela, Gucci, and Suicoke. Right now, there’s also a 20 percent discount to had on many of these items. Just use code SPRING20.
The best in luxury fashion follows.
Maison Margiela Pouch
Perfect for carrying those summer city essentials. And by essentials, we mean sunglasses and a credit card.
Gucci GG Track Pants
Gucci isn’t known for its subdued design, and that’s why the Italian giant continues to dress those who like to make a statement. The brand’s signature GG print first appeared in the ’70s and it’s used here to bring a loud aesthetic to a pair of wool-blend track pants.
Marine Serre Moon Jersey Top
Marine Serre laid claim to one of 2019’s most viral pieces of clothing, with the skin-tight moon top being quite unavoidable at times. Thankfully, it gets a refresh for SS20, with some nice new graphic details.
Maison Margiela Airbag Tabi
Not content with resting on its laurels, the house of Maison Margiela continues to take its iconic silhouettes and spin them in the most modern of ways. Here, the Tabi gets doused in white paint and fitted with an airbag heel. Sacrilege to some.
Marine Serre Upcycled Silk Pants
IT brand Marine Serre at it again with a pair of pants that have been conscientiously upcycled from silk scarves sourced in France. The result is an airy, wide-leg trouser that holds a lot of history.
GmbH Zip Shell Trousers
Born out of the Berlin underground but now beloved by the luxury fashion world, GmbH channels its roots and influences in pieces like these zip-shell trousers, bearing abstract cargo pockets and visible metal hardware.
Guidi Leather Mules
The mule had a beautiful renaissance last year, and the backless footwear continues to flow in 2020. We’re here for that, and we’re here for this beautiful pair by Guidi. Though very apt for the modern man, these slip-ons use artisanal cobbling techniques that date all the way back to the 19th century.
Nemen Tie Dye Technical Track Pants
Track pants are probably your closest companion at the moment, so it’s worth investing in a luxe pair. This technical shell offering by Nemen, founded by Stone Island and C.P. Company alumni Leonardo Fasolo, is well equipped for a hike, or for lounging on the couch.
Casablanca Silk Shirt
Nothing says summer like silk shirts. And nothing says look at me like a silk shirt by Casablanca. Incorporating both Baroque and Moroccan influences, this piece is ultra-loud in appearance but ultra-relaxed when it comes to wearing it.
Anissa Kermiche Breast Friend Vase
Since human interaction is at an all-time low, you may want to fill your home with inanimate objects that resemble the human form. Oh, just us?
